Annette Winters, Nashville native, earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Memphis and followed her graduation with back to back dream jobs, such a great start for the recent college graduate. She worked Public Relations for The World Football League, Atlanta Hawks, Mens' Professional Tennis and in 1984 decided to get her real estate license.
After realizing that even though sports were a huge part of her life, real estate would be her calling and in the years to follow Annette affiliated with former Town and Country Realtors. She supervised and led a sales team for condominium conversions in Green Hills, West End, Franklin and Memphis areas. She spent later years at Prudential Woodmont (now Woodmont Realty-Berkshire Hathaway) and managed a large group of rental properties for investors and home owners, mainly concentrated in the condominium market.
Annette spent the last several years serving the Washington, DC and southern Maryland area as an Associate Broker. She is now spending time reacquainting herself with her Nashville roots and working in this ever-changing market. Living and working in diverse communities such as Nashville, Atlanta, Manhattan and D.C has given her different outlooks as to the personal wants and needs of her buyers and sellers. As a self-proclaimed "specialist in residential resale", Annette works tirelessly to meet each and every one of her client's needs and wants. With over 30 years in real estate, Annette draws on each of her experiences to facilitate a smooth transaction each and every time.
