I began my real estate journey in 2000, working for a local custom builder as an onsite sales manager for 16 years. I’ve sold and/or built over 450 homes, valuing more than $100 million in total.
My experience has allowed me to become familiar with new construction and to understand the inner workings of both newer and older homes. In addition, I am well versed in aspects of land and topography. I’m able to point out many features, benefits and advantages of homes and home sites that others might not easily recognize. I know homes from footers to fixtures. I enjoy educating my clients and providing them with confidence in their decision-making. I'm not trying to help my clients find a house, I'm trying to help them find the right house!
On a personal note, I’m a mother of two beautiful children. I love to travel and learn, with history as my favorite subject.
