I did not choose real estate. Twenty-five years ago, real estate chose me. My father exposed me to rental properties early on in San Diego, recruiting me to help him renovate and rent his investment properties when they became vacant. But the real joy he shared was in the acquisition phase, as he targeted undervalued investment properties. Enthusiastically, I learned how to visualize the properties for what they could become. Since then, I’ve flipped several homes in California and Tennessee, acquired rental properties, and helped other folks do the same - navigating both the buying and selling of their properties.
I’ve been a contractor, speculator (house flipper), appraiser, and finally a Realtor. Sharing past experiences with my clients is a great joy, guiding them as they navigate through one of the most important and financially significant decisions of their lives.
I’d love the opportunity with work with new clients, whether they are first time buyers, seasoned sellers, or folks building their real estate portfolios.
