Joanna Tackett

Joanna is originally from southern California and moved to Nashville in 2014 because of her love of music. Both her parents are life-long educators, and her older brother is an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, so she's been driven from a young age to succeed.

Her interest in real estate started early and she’s thrilled to be able to help people with both buying and selling homes. She believes that a home is oftentimes a centerpiece of a person’s fondest memories; whether you’re snuggled up to binge-watch your favorite shows, or hosting friends and family for the holidays. She loves DIY, décor, and making a space your own. Her creativity and vision help her see homes for what they can be, not just what they are today.

As much as she loves the sentimental side of what a home can be, she also understands the advantages in real estate investing and pursues it personally. Her tenacity, work ethic, negotiation skills, and personable nature makes her a great choice for any prospective buyer/seller, and she’d love to hear from you.
