Barbara Childs has been building her career and legacy as a real estate professional for 15 years, most of that time being spent as an affiliate broker with RE/MAX. A Tennessee native, Barbara studied at Belmont University before pursuing real estate. She loves making Franklin, Tennessee her home, where she has a passion for the beauty and nature of Williamson County.
Barbara has been the recipient of numerous RE/MAX Career Awards including the 2018 Hall Of Fame Award, and the 100% Club Member Award (which she has received every year). She is consistently among the Top 10 in sales volume. Barbara originally joined the RE/MAX team because of its unmatched brand leverage, but some of the keys to Barbara’s success have been RE/MAX’s exceptional marketing and stellar reputation.
Barbara Childs is committed to her clients, and will always put their best interest first, whether they are searching for a new home, or seeking a new owner for their existing one. The satisfaction and comfort level that her clients feel are what keeps this hard-working Realtor focused on service, and most gratifying are real comments like these:
“We can tell you really enjoy your job...which made it that much more enjoyable for us!”
“This was the EASIEST real estate transaction for us in 25 years! You were wonderful...so gracious, so polite, and so easy to work with!”
“We couldn't have asked for a smoother transition! The barn and the house make us smile every day!”
"We’re very happy with the house; and we’re extremely grateful to you! You did a phenomenal job contacting all the contractors & organizing. Your knowledge is astounding!"
"You are by far the BEST Realtor we have worked with!”
“Barbara has been a great addition to the Lipman Group because of her passion to focus on service,” said Larry Lipman, owner and president of RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group.
Barbara enjoys visiting friends and family, particularly her two sons, Daniel and Cameron. She frequently attends concerts at her favorite Nashville venue, Schermerhorn Symphony Center. On weekends, you can find her walking and running with her loyal companion CeCe, her 70-pound loveable dog.
