Owner/Agent | Larry Lipman
I suppose you want to know who I am and what I’m about. I could give you a list of my accolades or guide you through the last 29 years of my experience, but instead, I would like to take the next paragraph to help direct you with your real estate needs and offer a snap shot of our company in hopes that you can find exactly what you are looking for. After 18 years as Lipman Realty, an additional 11 years with a well-known real estate franchise, and now RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group, I believe we know a good amount about maintaining and growing our most valuable resource – our client and agent relationship. We strive to work diligently and focus on our clients’ goals, and achieve success through living and striving to be a relationship-based company. We believe it is all about our clients. Fortunately, our company allows our reach to stretch from this beautiful city to an international forum, but I will always be a Nashvillian, a community builder, a business man, a husband, a father, a relationship activist and a man of my word.
Managing Broker | Jasper Tollett
In his distinguished 17+ year real estate career, Jasper has earned widespread recognition in his field, with great respect from clients and peers, and a revered reputation as a creative thinker and visionary leader. Jasper has long inspired others and demonstrated an enviable record of achievement drawing on his extensive professional and personal experience. Jasper graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tennessee Tech University with his BS degree in Marketing and his Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA), with a concentration in Marketing. Jasper is a proud member of Greater Nashville REALTORS, Williamson County Association of REALTORS and is very active with the Tennessee REALTORS. Jasper’s passion is real estate education and training agents. When he’s not in his office leading his agents to be the top in their industry, you can find him speaking at events and conferences around the country.
Director of Operations and Marketing | Stephanie Kelley
With over 12 years of marketing experience in luxury real estate, others refer to Stephanie as a marketing guru. A graduate of Ole Miss, Stephanie began her luxury real estate marketing career in the booming Atlanta market before relocating to Nashville. With 10 years at RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Stephanie has dedicated her career to providing high-level marketing services to our agents while upholding our sophisticated brand through detailed marketing plans. Others describe her as professional, relatable and knowledgeable. She, along with Larry and Jasper, uphold our office core values of sophistication, integrity, and abundance through all she does. Always available and willing to help, Stephanie is a valuable resource to all of our agents as they create marketing plans for themselves and their listings. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and traveling as much as possible.
Director of Career Development | Kristy King
As a lifelong resident of the Williamson County area, to say Kristy King is familiar with the Nashville area is an understatement. With her real estate career starting in 2012, Kristy spent time as an agent before she moved into the role of Director of Career Development for over 2 years. Previous to real estate, Kristy spent several years in the local medical field before teaching special education for Williamson County Schools. She enjoys working with agents at all points of their career to develop unique business plans and set activity performance goals, then holding them accountable to those standards. With numerous customer service awards and a passion for teaching, Kristy walks alongside her clients, or agents she coaches, to educate them through the home selling or buying process. Others comment how she brings compassion, positivity, and attention to detail into her trainings and transactions. In her spare time, you will find Kristy spending time with her husband, two children and adorable pups, Charlie and Fitzgerald. She enjoys watching Mississippi State football and attending Nashville Predators Hockey games.
Marketing Manager | Hannah Butler
A graduate of the Lacy School of Business at Butler University, Hannah Butler brings her top-notch marketing education and past experiences in real estate sales to her creative role as Marketing Manager. Hannah found her passion for the real estate industry during a college internship and never looked back. Starting in the role of Administrative Director, Hannah was promoted to the role of Marketing Manager, where she thrives due to her attention to detail, service oriented approach and creative skill set. She enjoys supporting our agents with their marketing needs by creating innovative, customized pieces, which helps set our office, agents and listings above the rest. In her free time, Hannah enjoys tackling home improvement projects, blogging, walking one of Nashville’s outdoor trails with her husband and two pups, or getting coffee at local coffee shops.
Director of Finance | Val Prickett
Val Prickett brings an abundance of detail and professionalism to all that she does. After graduating from Western Kentucky University, Val pursued a career in accounting before moving into a sales career. At RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Val handles the most important thing…our money! She’s the gal everyone wants to be friends with, as her outgoing and friendly personality brightens a room. She loves working with numbers and describes herself as a visionary. In her spare time, you will find her spending time with her beautiful family.
Administrative Director | Kendra Nitz
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Kendra relocated to Nashville in 2016 and began a career in communications. She attended Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Relations. During her time at Lee University, she worked in the admissions office as a student ambassador, co-anchored and produced Lee Update – Lee’s weekly news show, and volunteered with local non-profit, Project Free2Fly. Kendra enjoys attending TPAC shows, trying new restaurants in Nashville, playing with her puppy Mac, and being a newlywed.
Marketing Assistant | Alexa Lipman
Alexa, a Nashville native, has been around the real estate industry for most of her life. Alexa is a second-generation REALTOR® in addition to assisting with marketing in the office. With a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University in Communication Studies, Alexa is no stranger to building relationships and connecting the dots. Previously, she has worked in private red-carpet events, marketing and social media in Los Angeles, California. She also has a creative background of modeling, acting and wardrobe styling, as well as other areas of the entertainment industry. Her keen attention to detail and creative eye help her in her position as Marketing Assistant and as a REALTOR® , helping her clients envision design possibilities, recognize opportunities or find their absolute dream home.
