Owner/Agent | Larry Lipman
I suppose you want to know who I am and what I’m about. I could give you a list of my accolades or guide you through the last 29 years of my experience, but instead, I would like to take the next paragraph to help direct you with your real estate needs and offer a snap shot of our company in hopes that you can find exactly what you are looking for. After 18 years as Lipman Realty, an additional 11 years with a well-known real estate franchise, and now RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group, I believe we know a good amount about maintaining and growing our most valuable resource – our client and agent relationship. We strive to work diligently and focus on our clients’ goals, and achieve success through living and striving to be a relationship-based company. We believe it is all about our clients. Fortunately, our company allows our reach to stretch from this beautiful city to an international forum, but I will always be a Nashvillian, a community builder, a business man, a husband, a father, a relationship activist and a man of my word.
Interim Managing Broker | Chris Grimes
Alaska born, Atlanta raised, and a lover of Nashville, I was born the eldest of four children…and growing up in a house with three strong-willed siblings, I developed a tendency to lead, to negotiate, and to extend grace. In 2003, I attended Barney Fletcher’s Real Estate School in Atlanta, Georgia and embarked on my own path in the real estate industry. My great-grandfather and my grandfather both enjoyed success in real estate investments, so when my mom and I started our careers in real estate in 2003, we felt we could also do well. In 2014, I accepted Larry Lipman’s invitation to join his firm. While working under Larry’s leadership, I found myself studying under a consummate professional who exemplifies grace and tact – treating every client with the utmost respect. I am excited to be working in Nashville’s only RE/MAX Collection office: RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group. When I’m not working or tending to my spouse’s and my farmette – home to our fruit grove, 23 chickens, 4 cats and 3 dogs – I enjoy investing time in organizations that help better the community such as Greater Nashville Realtors and Nashville’s Antiques & Garden Show.
Director of Operations and Marketing | Stephanie Kelley
With over 12 years of marketing experience in luxury real estate, others refer to Stephanie as a marketing guru. A graduate of Ole Miss, Stephanie began her luxury real estate marketing career in the booming Atlanta market before relocating to Nashville. With 11 years at RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Stephanie has dedicated her career to providing high-level marketing services to our agents while upholding our sophisticated brand through detailed marketing plans. Others describe her as professional, relatable and knowledgeable. She upholds our core values of sophistication, integrity, and abundance in all she does. Always available and willing to help, Stephanie is a valuable resource to all of our agents as they create marketing plans for themselves and their listings. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys exploring new restaurants, going to the spa, spending time with family and friends, and traveling & exploring as much as possible.
Marketing Manager | Hannah Butler
A graduate of the Lacy School of Business at Butler University, Hannah Butler brings her top-notch marketing education and past experiences in real estate sales to her creative role as Marketing Manager. Hannah found her passion for the real estate industry during a college internship and never looked back. Starting in the role of Administrative Director, Hannah was promoted to the role of Marketing Manager, where she thrives due to her attention to detail, service oriented approach and creative skill set. She enjoys supporting our agents with their marketing needs by creating innovative, customized pieces, which helps set our office, agents and listings above the rest. In her free time, Hannah enjoys tackling home improvement projects, blogging, walking one of Nashville’s outdoor trails with her husband and two pups, or getting coffee at local coffee shops.
Finance Coordinator | Kendra Nitz
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Kendra relocated to Nashville in 2016 and began a career in communications. She attended Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Relations. During her time at Lee University, she worked in the admissions office as a student ambassador, co-anchored and produced Lee Update – Lee’s weekly news show, and volunteered with local non-profit, Project Free2Fly. Starting in the role of Administrative DIrector, Kendra was promoted to Finance Coordinator where she thrives due to her organization skills and her ability to implement efficient and effective processes and systems. Others describe Kendra as responsible, upbeat and fun-loving. Kendra enjoys attending TPAC shows, trying new restaurants in Nashville, playing with her puppy Mac, and spending time with her husband.
Office Assistant/REALTOR | Alexa Lipman
Alexa, a Nashville native, has been around the real estate industry for most of her life. Alexa is a second-generation REALTOR® in addition to assisting with marketing in the office. With a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University in Communication Studies, Alexa is no stranger to building relationships and connecting the dots. Previously, she has worked in private red-carpet events, marketing and social media in Los Angeles, California. She also has a creative background of modeling, acting and wardrobe styling, as well as other areas of the entertainment industry. Her keen attention to detail and creative eye help her in her position as Marketing Assistant and as a REALTOR® , helping her clients envision design possibilities, recognize opportunities or find their absolute dream home.
Administrative Director | Julie Sarvak
A recent graduate of Lipscomb University with a degree in English Writing, Julie brings her extraordinary writing skills, creativity, and attention to detail to the role of Administrative Director. Originally from California, Julie has called Franklin, Tennessee home for the past 12 years. While working as an author assistant to a local novelist, she discovered a few of her biggest strengths to be her attention to detail and amiable personality, which will serve her well in the position of Administrative Director. During a college internship at RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Julie discovered her interest in the real estate industry. Being hired as the Administrative Director was a natural transition from her internship into a career after graduation. As if graduating college and starting a new job wasn’t enough excitement, Julie recently married her high school sweetheart and enjoyed a European honeymoon! In her spare time, Julie enjoys reading, writing, learning French, and traveling with her husband.
